Accommodation Three bedrooms: 1 x double ensuite (could take 2 extra beds), 1 x bunkbed room, 1 x double room. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Fitted kitchen with range cooker and dining area. Sitting room with electric fire and sofa bed. Spacious hallway with sofabed. Oil fuel central heating with additional heating from range cooker in kitchen and electric fire in sittign room. Range cooker with electric fan oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV, DVD player , CD/radio, books, games, cds, dvds etc. Fuel and bed linen included in rent. Cot & Highchair available. Off road parking for 5 cars. Shared use of garden and BBQ. Sorry no pets or smoking . Shops and pubs within 2 minutes walk. For that extra bit of luxury a full cooked breakfast can be served to you everyday at an extra £7.50 per person per day

Prices The price of the cottage depends on the no of people you wish to use it and the time of year. Below is a guide to prices however please give us a call on 01969 623279 for further clarification if you require.
Low Season 1st Jan - 1st April , 1st November - 20th December* Mid Season 1st April - 1st July High Season July - mid September* Peak Season 21st July - 31st August, Easter, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year * February and October Half Term are rated as High Season *SPECIAL OFFER* (based on 4 people sharing) MON 27TH APRIL - FRI 2ND MAY £290 SAT 3RD MAY - FRI 9TH MAY £350 Short Breaks are available from Fri - Sun or Mon - Thurs. They may be booked in advance during the Mid & Low Season only or with 1 weeks notice during High & Peak Seasons
